BMFS Intersectional Spiritual Leadership Certificate

As we awaken to and heal from white patriarchal religious conditioning, we discover that much of what we know about leadership is laced with wounded masculinity. Further, as we dive into the "classic" principles and practices of divine feminine spiritual leadership, we often uncover deeply entrenched white supremacy and transphobia. If we are to embody the Black Madonna in our everyday lives, we must forge a different leadership path -- an intersectional one that can deftly navigate our increasingly complex and diverse world.

The BMFS Intersectional Spiritual Leadership Certificate supports compassionate and courageous people who are skilled at perceiving and divesting from societal hierarchies, transforming toxic emotions, cultivating abundance and hope, practicing vulnerability and mutuality in intersectional relationships, embodying power with rather than power over as they lead, and identifying and honing their unique offerings as they co-create a world in which all people are truly sacred and free.

The BMFS Intersectional Spiritual Leadership Certificate is designed for leaders and people of influence in all walks of life -- educators, parents/caregivers, clergy, executives, community organizers, social workers, and more. Whether you officially identify as a leader or not, this certificate is for you if you desire to lead from a place of mutuality, foster true vulnerability and intimacy across power differences, and embody holy audacity as you discern and claim your irreplaceable role as we co-create a world in which all people are truly sacred and free.
