Cancellation Policy

The Black Madonna Freedom School is sustained by the good-faith commitments of our community. We are not backed by institutional dollars; your participation is what makes this work financially possible. We invite all participants to discern whether this is a journey they can fully commit to—spiritually, energetically, financially, and with the time it requires (about 3 hours per week, including the live sessions). Your registration allows us to plan responsibly, honor our team’s labor, and uphold the integrity of the learning container.

Refunds:
All payments made toward the program are non-refundable.

Cancellations:
BMFS is a year-long learning journey. We understand that life circumstances can shift, and if challenges arise after enrolling that would impact your financial arrangement, please reach out to us as soon as possible. The program depends on participants honoring the commitments they make, and timely communication allows us to identify a reasonable path forward that recognizes your circumstances and respects the commitments made to the cohort and the program.

While payments are non-refundable, we are willing to work with you to explore options such as pausing payments for an agreed-upon period, adjusting your payment plan, or identifying other solutions that support both your needs and the sustainability of the school.

Membership Cancellation Due to Non-Payment
In the event that your balance is more than 14 days overdue and you haven't communicated with us to explore other payment options, we will have no choice other than to cancel your membership.
